Didnt appear to be wild propaganda to me. Id guess that many foiled plots we never heard of may have been tips from people like that.

What did catch my attention is that every one of the people reporting were blackor of ethnic origin...and most or all of the perps were waspish. nothing wrong with that but interesting.

Yeah, the minority membership of the 911 callers was what I got out of it, too. The Black Helicopters on the Horizon Glee Club is going absolutely apeshit over exactly that point, thus my only somewhat sarcastic "Wild DHS Propaganda."
