Like the tital says will the Remington 5R stock fit the Remington AAC-SD? I know the action and barrel will, I am more worried about the bottom plate and such.

Yep! As is said above, as long as it's SA/SA its good to go.
Pretty sure they both have the same sendaro barrel contour.
