I want a better lighter pull trigger for my winham wraponary varmint ar-15. Is it a small pin trigger? I'm looking for something more like my bolt rifles. 3lbs or close would be nice. I'm new to the ar weapon and not sure what I need. Thanks guys

There are tons of AR trigger threads on here, search it up to your heart's content. You will likely see a reoccurring suggestion for any Geissele. I personally run the SSA-E's and think they are worth every penny, IMO. I've never read someone wishing they hadn't bought one. You'll dig it.
You first need to figure out of you want to stick to a single-stage or if you want to venture up to a two-stage trigger.
From there...the choices are pretty clear.
For a two-stage, the Geissele offerings are where its at for a precision rifle trigger. The SSA-E (curved) and SD-E (flat) are the best non-adjustable, precision-minded trigger options from Geissele while the HS NM/DMR/etc. are the best adjustables they offer. The RRA, in and of itself, isn't a "bad" trigger per se, but they are a far cry from Geissele in every respect. At their price point, if funds are that limited, the RRA is decent enough. If buying an RRA, just be sure that you buy new production models as some of the older ones had a reputation for being prone to breakages/failures after a few thousand rounds.
For a single-stage, the JP triggers are exceptional and are actually offered as standard equipment on many rifles, including, obviously, those from JP, but also rifles like the DPMS SASS series. The Timney drop-in trigger units, at least the lighter, 3lb variants, are pretty good too, as are the Chip McCormick drop in units.
For your rifle, you need small pin (0.154") versions.

Wilson Combat TTU single stage is the closest thing I've ever felt to a bolt gun. No creep and no overtravel. A very short reset. I had, own, or tried JP, Wilson Combat, AR Gold, Geissele S3G, SSA, Hi-Speed, and CMC. The AR Gold is my favorite but it is more like a custom 1911 trigger than a bolt gun. The JP is the next closest thing to a bolt gun but Wilson tops it slightly.
You say that now but once you work up to a very nice trigger you will ask yourself why you waited so long. Varmint and target use are two very good reasons to have a nice trigger. RRA isn't bad but they are definitely below others listed.
It has been said already, but I will throw my 2 cents in anyway.

They are normally 230.00 if I remember correctly. DSG, Exile Machine and others have them on sale frequently for 190.00 - 200.00.

Took mine out and sold it. Did not like it as much as the AR-Gold.
For single stage the Jards are very good. You can get them too light, so be careful if you take that path. JPs are also very good, but I have found that at about 10K, they do need to be rebuilt. Not a big deal, but one to be aware of. After those two, Wilson and CMCs are next in line for me.
An ALG (basically a Geissele product) is probably the value leader.

I would say it twice too Mark ;-) Geissele is overrated. At best Geissele Hi-Speed, but I would rank it 5th best in my list. Though if I shot Highpower matches I might rank it higher.
CMC is value leader for me. For $150 you get a lot of trigger (compares nicely with Wilson and JP which are $270 and $200 respectively). Incredibly smooth, minimal creep and overtravel, relatively short reset.
