Suppressors "Wipes" and accuracy?

Been looking at some cans that utilize rubber (urethane?) wipes.

I'm wondering what if any influence this design has on accuracy.

In case it matters the models in question are those from Thompson Machine.

Wipe packed suppressors when properly designed can really sound great because they operate differently (almost eliminating precursor gases which traditional baffling optimally attempts to do).

The accuracy probably depends on the design. I've found that with an end wipe, accuracy is remarkably decent at conservative pistol range (15yards). I didn't really shoot mine further.

The wipes are a pain in the ass to change out, and that probably reduces the enjoy-ability of the suppressor.
