FWIW, it appears that the owner bought an SPS varmint and dropped the barreled action in an LTR stock, which is made for a 20 in barrel. with the 26 in barrel, it looks a little odd to my eye.

That appears to be a 700 varmint in a take off HS precision stock.

1117.00 for all new (except a used/take off stock).
The 1200 he is asking is probably what he has in it.

Unless you really want to trade your AR for one, I'd buy new.
A brand new 700P with the 40X trigger (much better trigger), goes for about 870.
