Are the newer brakes worth re-coring my 30BA, or has anyone used the adapter with the 30BA? I’m looking to put it on a light 24” .300WM hunting rig, & I’m wondering if the newer brakes perform better than the 30BA brake. Thanks

That’s a mighty passive-aggressive answer. Worth it?

Would you say that the CB brake is noticeably quieter than the 30BA brake, and how quiet are we talking here (5dcb)? Thanks
Huh?

Are you trying to ask about the brake

or are you asking about the can?

Zak was saying that they recore the can and it makes it quieter stronger and lighter. They don't recore brakes. There is nothing to recore.

The brake isn't going to change the sound out of the suppressor. It's all the same.

Now recoring the suppressor, that's a different story as Zac stated.
I’m talking about shooting the CB brake without the suppressor. He stated the CB brake was 40% more efficient, & I was asking if the felt recoil was noticeable.

I need to clarify. Yes, once recored, would the recored 30BA be 4-5dcb quieter than the original factory 30BA? I called your business earlier to ask this question, & they didn’t know. Thanks.
