Didn't take her long to find a sympathetic attorney willing to 'aid and comfort' her in easing her pain or stupidity!!! That is a surprise in itself!! Only country in the world where you can be rewarded for your behavior whether negligent, plain stupid or otherwise. I have seen actual rape victims with more composure when being interviewed then her. Guess it probably isn't as 'tramatic' for them though!

Kind of makes you wonder how these morons got through law school....and explains why the laws are so fucked up. I turned down UVA law school just because of shit like this...nothing but a bunch of parasites who dont give a damn about their clients....only the money.

Im involved in a suit right now where some one ran intothe car behind me, they hi me and I hit the one in front of me. Now the bimbo in front is sueing everyone involved for $250000. the catch is I only have $100000 in insurance, and Im the only one who owns anything (the other two are teenages who live with their families) so if whe wins, and she very well might in a liberal court, I loose...because some bimbe wants to screw the insurance co.

With a compensation mentality/system like this and an economic/employment downturn, it makes you wonder if there are "entrepreneurs" out there who see the business opportunity of expediting "out of court, early settlement" for a reasonable price for all the poor sods who, thru no fault of their own, find themselves in the same position as Goldie........
