Well currently i am set up with Lee's deluxe 4 hole turret press. I've only been reloading ammo for .45 ACP and .44 MAG, i want to start reloading rifle rounds some of my friends say i can and some say i cant with my current setup. before i go out and try and waste my money i was wondering if anyone knew already if i could with my setup. i would like to reload .388 edge and probably .243 rounds. thank you in advance

So long as a .300RUM case fits in the press you should be right.

Im not familiar with that press but does it have enough clearance for such a tall case? I would imagine it does.

.243 no problem.

As your going to be necking up .300RUM cases, If you do decide to get a new press look at the Forster Coax single stage press. I know its a little tight on the big cases so just check that out first.

Im not the biggest fan of Turret presses and IF i had to use one it would only be a Redding.

End of the day It wont hurt you to try your current setup as your just using the same dies even if you get a new press. If it works then good stuff.
