Looking for a good 6.5 CM setup to get a new shooter competing into the sport. He's experienced on the mil side of the house and now wants to compete so we're trying to conservatively "buy once cry once"

Looking for a 6.5 CM (going to shoot factory for now)

Preferably a budget custom action (bighorn, ARC, defiance tenacity, ect)

Low round count or new. Full set up or a barreled action, let me know what you have plz!
