In the December (2010) Small Arms Review Magazine they have the "Part 2 Training the SOCOM Devil Dogs" Article and I see they have a couple pics of the rifle (M40A3) they are training with.
The mount they are using is a SPR/M4 (LT-104) <span style="text-decoration: underline">turned around backwards</span>. WTF The Optic looks like its about 6" above the barrel!
With a 30-40 MOA base with a S&B optic (obviously).
If these have 20 MOA built in then you turn them around backwards.....Uhhhhh
