We’re not calling for a boycott of these companies,” Gottlieb said. “Businesses and the people who own them can support whatever kind of philosophy they want, and gun owning consumers can likewise not spend any money with those firms. Let the marketplace decide. Over 100 million American gun owners represent a sizeable [sic] consumer bloc, and they will decide where they spend their money.”

This is exactly why demonrats continue to push gun control laws. You can take this principle and apply it to pretty much everything the left does.

They say you're evil if you don't support their side and then threaten businesses. Businesses join in and culture follows immediately after. They create a stigma and then paint it on anyone who doesn't agree with them. Not anyone who directly opposes them, literally if you don't agree you are the other.

Then, those who oppose them on the right or... just not insane left, because most Democrats don't actually realize they're not allowed in the club anymore the second they disagree with a single talking point, say stupid ish like this.

We're. Not. Calling. For. A. Boycott.

This is why the left is winning, will continue to win, and in the end will win. Because everyone else just cowers.

Yeah, yeah -- I get it, a few randos on SH really do boycott. Well, us randos aren't enough to make a difference so they don't care. Our leadership is weak, they're all cowards. Afraid to get called bad names even though they call them bad names anyway.

You want to make a difference? Write a letter, by hand, to each Senator and Representative for your state and demand they start standing up against this shit or you'll volunteer and recruit for their primary opponent, it not BE their primary opponent. Until Republicans will get up and match or exceed the rhetoric of the left... nothing will change.

Most are shitty and I don’t do business with them

Exception is two on that list, and I just do what I do until they cause a problem for me, I’d pick a better choice if I could however.

I’d also wonder what “support gun control” means, that website seems a little tribal, Id have to see what they said in context.
For example the NRA isn’t on that list and I’d say they pushed harder for some gun control than say AT&T or some of the random fast food joints on the list.

when did guns become vilified? why can't companies just try to provide good products and good service at good prices and leave the 2A alone? or is it our products and services aren't good enough, we need to stand for a cause to get more customers?

Well at least they printed out a list so everyone knows who the enemy is against the Constitution. 200 hundred companies times the board member size is a relatively a small group of communist. This is a treatable cancer considering the size of American Patriots who support gun rights.

Dick's Sporting Goods over here playing both sides.
They'll sell you a gun and ammo then lobby to take it away.

Keeping the “fear” of gun control on the front burner - keeps the shelves empty and the prices high.... and appears to work way better than advertising.

You have to be a realist and understand that the left will do what it takes to remove your arms, they are here to control the masses like a group of dictators. Every bit of gun control legislation is designed to chip away at 2A over time so everyone becomes accustom to it like taxes which inch up year after year. They actually don't know how Americans would act if they took your guns today all at once, slim chance armed conflicts could break out. The right is in a similar position I believe for when does one actually react, I also believe once the ice is broken then it will be easier for the movement to grow in size.
We are well on our way towards socialism/communism for we have elected many into our government similar to you giving your house key to your local thief , you have invited them to steal your rights and your possessions . You can't just ask for them back either for that is not how this works in life.

sounds like a list of companies that either don't want what money people who support there right to bear arms have to spend . Siding with the left's broke ass and pissing off people who actually buy things not sounding like a smart move.unless you want to spend your money through them like coke I will not buy any of there products ever again nor pay to see a NFL sponsored sporting event ever again nor pay for cable in my house or shop at amazon its stupid and small but my only option is to boycott those companies is to not give them my money ever again .Will it hurt them probabily very little but if 74 million people did the same thing and stopped supporting those that are trying to take your rights away it would get to them .

They are not anti-gun... They are just against you and I, the 'little people', the serfs, the peasants, owning them...

Kind of like the equivalent of the personal armorer/cuirass maker of the 15th century Duke of Burgundy or the Holy Roman Emperor... The mere idea of the hoi polloi owning the same quality breastplates, visors, helmets, and swords that they produce would be unfathomable to them.

That link shows 0 hits for guns. Maybe it's a regional thing?
On mine it gives me the option for 14 different firearm's. Shotguns, a few 6.5 Creedmoors and a few muzzle loaders. No pistols.
I'm in Missouri so maybe it is regional. It did say you have to pick them up in store.
I went to the outdoor tab. then hunting tab. Then there is a guns and ammo tab

Our business suppprts gun control, that’s why we sell rear bags, bipods, muzzle breaks, different weight buffers, suppressors, and everything you’d need to keep your gun under control!

Yep, it's like F'n sports now, I haven't watched pro sports, for going on three years now. Even NASCAR F'n sucks! Nothing is "neutral" now, everything has to have some F'n political statement or correctness behind it. You see it on tv with every commercial or even a series.
Just pisses me off. I'm in my "Golden Years", and I shouldn't have to worry about all this crap. I'm running out of things to enjoy here lately. Mac

Really pissed me off when Levis turned. Just can't bring myself to buy their stuff anymore. Some other brands don't bother me as much. I don't expect Microsoft to be simpatico with my politics, but the hypocrisy of Levis was a killer.

I went through the whole list, and the only one I spend money with is sonic, and the one here is owned by a rancher who’s son kills about 200 coyotes a year, I bet he doesn’t know they’re on the list. I’m gonna miss them cherry limeades!

The lure of virtue signaling appeals to the “marketing and PR” dweebs in these big companies because they are ”liberal arts” graduates after all. This all works like a big blackmail ring. The other people working there probably have no clue that their employer is paying the extortion money to attempt to maintain their standing in the social justice polluted operating climate of today’s business world. We’ve got to make it cost them way more in lost business than it costs them in dollars spent.

Looks like some on the list, at the corporate level, might not show the leaning of franchises owned by locals.

That may be true, but those corps are thriving because of all the franchises. It's a shame those guys are going to take a hit for the stupidity of the corporation.

I'd like them to further break down which ones actively donate to Anti-2A causes vs just having an "anti-firearm corporate policy". Because, there absolutely is a big difference.

One I expected to see on the list, but didn't, was Starbucks.

To me they're just different degrees of the same thing. Anti gun is anti gun.

I'd guess that over 50% of the classifieds here are using paypal?
Might have to switch from AT&T over to Verizon, I didn't see them on the list.

Businesses / CEO's are hedging their bets..... They are thinking if they jump on the "Communist Bandwagon" early that the Communist will have mercy on them, their businesses and their money. I guess they have not studied the history of Communism.

PP and once in awhile ebay for me. As many debit cards as I lose to fraud, I use the PP option a lot.

If we took the time as gun owners and individuals who wish to preserve our rights we would write these companies and protest them in mass to financially punithem for their anti liberty agenda. However, we can not be bothered, will mostly continue to purchase products and services from these companies and rewarding their anti American activities.

This is why the left will win, and liberty will end.

levis has been a shit bird for a loooong time, “slave like conditions” and their false marketing of where their junk clothing was made.

Per ATT and many others, I’d want to see the actual quote in context, this reminds me of the left going after trump for “very fine people” even though the actual quote went in the other way completely.

And again, why is the NRA not on that list, they have done more for taking gun rights than most others, however saying they are actually anti 2a goes against what that website is trying to sell.

I also don’t think many of these companies are anti gun, it’s part of it, but those names are mostly just part of the corp branch of government, and it’s the natural balance of power, gov will always fight to limit your rights, the people (should) always fight to expand their rights.

Funny not to see Amazon on there. Not that I would, but I can't buy primers, powder, projectiles, brass, triggers, magazines, etc. from them. Just a lof of junk Chinese Evil Black Rifle accessories.

I don't see R.E.I. outdoorsey stuff, Yeti or Nike on there. I recall a bunch of unsolicited commie pro-gun control comments after another shooting a while back.

Also, I thought Colt subscribed to the Pro-military, non-private consumer platform. I guess it's owned by CZ now. Maybe they've got a healtiher business attitude.

Dave Tooley got screwed by State Farm insurance, who aren't on that list either.

I didn’t notice Anheuser-Busch on that list ! 🍻I buy lots of their products.

AB was bought-out by a Belgian company InBev. Seems the Belgians have a decent appreciation for guns, well, at least compared to most European countries.

    Refreshing read:
