WTK: BHA .300wm brass - who makes it?

I'm not sure of the .300WM, the 5.56/.223 is WCC (Winchester Mil-Spec).

I have read that 300 WM was Norma brass, and that 308 was Winchester.

And after being curious myself again, to verify I searched and found 2 answers, Norma, and/or Winchester make the BHA headstamped 300WM Brass.. so we still don't know for sure until someone from BH verifies it... hmmm...
