WTK: RCBS 1500 Combo Turn Around Time?

After 10 weeks of light useage my 1500 scale on my ChargeMaster Combo unit will no longer calibrate. Called RCBS this morning and was directed to return the whole unit. I forgot to ask what the turn around time is. Can someone tell me what there experience has been?

They're just going to send you a new one so it'll be pretty quick i.e. a few weeks at most
