For sale is a professionally perfected 9mm 1911 Commander set up for concealed carry, along with the best holsters and gear out there to carry it with (plus extras). Everything included in along with this pistol is linked below. Pics at bottom.

This pistol started life as a Ruger SR1911 6722 (all relevant basic specs can be found on the linked Ruger page). When brand new the pistol passed the 10-8 extractor test right out of the box. It was then tested for a further 100 rounds of live fire and gone over in depth by Northeast Gunworks and certified a quality factory gun with no issues and worthy of the RMR. They then milled the slide for and installed the Trijicon co-witness 1911 RMR mount w/ integrated night sights and Trijicon RMR 2.0 RM06, as well as a Harrison Design FB firing pin stop.

The gun was then put into our carry/class rotation where it performed flawlessly. A Streamlight TLR06 was added along with VZ Front Strap Tape. The two holster included with this package are the Crossbreed SuperTuck IWB and a Squared Away Customscustom wing-claw AIWB holster+ JM Custom Kydex Neoprene Wedge. Both holsters are extremely comfortable and allow this 1911 to be easily carried in all positions. You will forget it is there with the AIWB holster.

The magazines included with this package are: 1x Wilson Combat ETM-V 10 round, 1x Wilson Combat Elite Tactical 10 round, 1x Tripp CobraMag Gen II 10 round, 1x MetalForm 10 round, and 2x flush fit Ruger 9 round magazines. All magazines work perfectly except one of the Ruger 9mm magazines (marked with black) has never locked the slide back.

At ~2600 rounds the following upgrades were done by the legendary gunsmith Karl Sokol of Chestnut Mountain Sports himself (if you know Hi-Powers you know him):
- Precision fit Harrison Design Extreme Service Hammer and Trigger Sear. Tuned trigger to 4lbs with a crisp rolling break.
- Installed ISMI firing pin spring, ISMI Mainspring (17lbs), and an ISMI Plunger Spring.
- Precision fit EGW Extended Hammer Strut.
- Precision fit Wilson Combat Flat Wire Recoil Spring (13lbs) and Guide Rod (modified to fit commander).
- Installed VZ G10 Gator Grips along with VZ Universal Bushing and SLEX Screws.
- Checked all dimensions (link, hood, ejector, extractor, breech face, etc.) and wear, found 1911 to be in perfect fighting shape.
- Re-zeroed RMR on Ransom Rest.

All told that is over $4000 in parts, labor, testing, and accessories as well as over 6 months wait time. THIS CAN ALL BE YOURS FOR LESS THAN HALF THAT AND ZERO WAIT!
Other parts included in this package are: most of the original parts, three wolff recoil springs, and extra batteries for the RMR and TLR06.

Another ~800 flawless rounds have been put down range since the work was completed. The combination of the lightweight flatwire recoil spring, flat base firing pin stop, proper weight mainspring, and elongated hammer strut make this pistol by far the lightest recoil and most controllable pistol of its size/weight. An exceptionally well tuned machine and system it is utterly reliable with all ammunition (from Tula to Underwood). The accuracy is also stellar, below is a pic of an 11 shot group at 15 yards standing with Browning 147gr factory loads. Pics:

Only selling because I’ve moved to double-stack 2011s as I find them just as easy to carry personally.

Price is $1250 without RMR (but including everything else), $1800 with. Price firm, not looking for trades (except maybe a recent production Khales K6i with SM1 or SI1 reticle).

Everything sold as is, buyer pays shipping. if you have questions please ask.
