I Have a new Steiner DBAL A3 in Black that I bought for a build back in March of this year, the unit has a manufacture date of February 2019. I have never mounted it, used it or done anything with it it. I took the plastic off the package and put the battery in to make sure it functioned, then took the battery out and put all back in the package. The unit again is new in the package but doesn't have the plastic wrap around it. I am getting rid of it as I have two other units already and bought it for a build that I ended up getting a MAWL for. Asking $950.
