Firearms WTT Billet Side Charger Upper Receiver

I have a heavy wall billet complete upper receiver that I'd like to trade. It's a left side non-reciprocating charging handle, that folds down flat. It includes the BCG w/ 556 bolt. I think the BCG has to have a slot milled in the side to work with the charging handle. It's got the trap door that seals off the back of the receiver where the normal charging handle goes. Shell deflector, no charging handle.

There aren't any roll marks on the receiver, but based on my research I suspect it's an American Spirit Arms. As far as I know, this is the only shot at getting a left non-reciprocating side charger with a handle that folds flat, unless you spend a ton of money on a JP receiver.

Is it complete with the cam that engages the charging handle with the bolt carrier group?
