If you are going the Thunder Beast route then I would just go to them directly and see what kind of price they can do directly through them and them price one through any dealer in the country. More than likely you will find a dealer somewhere that has a price you like. Once you find a price/dealer you want to go with get with them and make the purchase through them but don't have them have the can shipped to them. Instead have them tell TBAC to keep it and you can just do all your paperwork directly through TBAC. Doing it this way will save you some time as you won't have to wait on a form 3 to the dealer and if the dealer is out of state then the out of state dealer would have to transfer it back to an in state dealer which would be a huge waste of time. The dealers in WY will more than likely have demo cans in stock but probably not ones that are available to to buy so they will have to order one through TBAC which is running about 6 weeks plus right now. Once TBAC gets your can built and a serial number assigned, you can start your form 4 paperwork and any questions you have can be answered by TBAC. Most of the form 4 is already filled out by TBAC so all you have to do is fill in a few blanks and your done. Basically if you are going TBAC, don't feel like you have to use any dealer in WY as you have the advantage of TBAC being in state and willing to work with you and any dealer you choose.
