XBR -is it worth the trouble of changing?

I load with TAC at present, and have heard just rave reviews on XBR, but I don't see many folks on this board using it. Has anyone tested it to verify its as accurate, and as easy to meter as claimed?

Re: XBR -is it worth the trouble of changing?

it has very small granules, slightly larger than benchmark or H322, it should meter well. as far as being "accurate", it might be for me but not for you- depends on how persistant and thorough your load development is. If TAC works for you then stick with it, dont change just for the sake of changing

Re: XBR -is it worth the trouble of changing?

I am getting very little if any variance from my dillon on TAC if the vibrations from shell to shell are similar, but if I bang the machine a bit more from case to case the variance can be as much as 0.2, but its less than you would see with reloader 15.

TAC is already very dense, and the chances for bridging I think are less is its more uniform and packs tigher with less vibration, so the initial charge has a better chance of being spot on.

Just my theoretical opinion.
