Anybody put one on themselves? I think I’m going to order one to go with my 16” barrel to make a super compact rig. Xlr doesn’t have any instruction listed on their website.

If you’ve done an install on one, how did it go? Anything complicated?

Should be simple assume you are adding it to a XLR chassis. Loosen the set screw on the chassis holding the tube and unscrew. Screw in folder to desired position and tighten set screw. Screw tube into the folder and tighten set screw.

It’s really easy. You shouldn’t have a problem. If you’re wanting it to be a shorty, make sure to get the short buffer tube too.
