Don't you all know...it's a speech impediment. So I've been told by multiple people. Irrespective of that, in negotiations with Xi or Putin where the USA would come first (ok, I'm already off track with the marxist-commie party biden is representing) can you imagine him actually trying to negotiate?

I get it, I have a relative with a speech impediment, it's not as bad as they think it is but they're self conscious. So I know this isn't a speech impediment - it is flat out dementia. If his children and wife were not so power hungry, they'd never have allowed him to continue down this road - it's a complete disservice to him and all the older people in this country some, who have some diminished capability (I'd say a lot is hearing related) , could still out reason this man.
