Not able to post the link (not sure how) but just read where a Massachusetts judge ordered a sex change for a convicted murderer. Citing the 8th. amendment, the judge ruled that the procedure was within the inmates rights as the only remaining way to deal with its gender identity issue. And the taxpayers have to foot the bill! In what reality are the people required to pay for something like this. I want to ask whats next but can't think of anything more absurd.

Yeah, um,,,, turn it loose. (in the mens prison, where it was originally sent) Remember, it asked for this. Then forced it upon us. That seems to be what it wants.
