and you must spend it on a firearm or you lose the money. (don't ask it's just a hypothetical...)

1. Must be bought from a local "big box store". Think Cabelas, etc.
2. Must be purchased new condition.
2. Can be a handgun, pistol or rifle.
4. No need to ask use case etc. Just what you would buy.

What you get?

Can I chip some of my own money in?

If so, I'd get a Chiappa 1886 Browning 'Wildbuster' lever action big game/long range rifle. .45-70 Gov't caliber with color case hardened receiver.

Dixie Gun Works is 'big box' enough. Their main store and their Old Car Museum is a Tennessee landmark.

Nope. Just the 1k.

Yeah, I almost inked up on a thumper. Had the M79 receiver group/stock, couldn't find a barrel. Sold it a while back but wish I hadn't. Those are stupid money for what they are now.

Wouldn't mind a M32A1 either, hehehe.
Yea, an in the right hands the 79 or 321 will bring the gates of hell down quickly. To me the 203 sucked,...

Yeet cannons... 1000/price of 1yeet cannon=?

If you want to go the full utilitarian route, get a YEET cannon 9mm carbine, a Barska red dot sight, a cheapo Barska scope for those longer range shots, a few important gun parts that may break from wear and tear, and all of the rest on AMMO. That would be quite a SHTF/boogaloo starter pack right there... And those carbines are accurate as fuck too.

Glockuzi???

That's what it should be called. They call it a Mech Tech. It really is a great little carbine conversion. It's tough as woodpecker lips too.
When I got it out of the box I sighted it in and abused it for 200 rounds....dry. I couldn't get it to rip, rattle, roar, nor run down at the heels.
I cleaned it up and oiled it proper after abusing it.

It's a neat little piece.
