Actually, it is simply culture. Such behavior needs to stop and those people need to get out of that culture. We need judgement to come back. Not all actions are equal. Some actions are bad, some are good. So, I hope the Plano Police make a good case with evidence and give the prosecuting attorney a slam dunk.

You know, the worst part about these incidents is they don't even have the decency to at least try to be discrete about their public autism and do it in the dead of night. Instead, they do this shit in broad daylight when everyone can see and they have no shame about it.
