Rifle Scopes Yugo M76 mounts problem

I would like to mount a scope with 40 mm objetive (Bushnell 3200 10X40) in my Zastava M76 sniper rifle.
With the original mounts I can not do it because the object collides with the rear sight when I push the mount forward on the rail.
Anyone know if the Dragunov type side clamp would be compatible with the M76 side rail?.

I'd like to see a solid scope mount for an m-76 that doesn't have the potential to break right off the bat.
