I bought this spotter from Scott at Liberty Optics.
Scott's CS is exceptional. I send an email requesting products and he ships them. We discuss the details and cost later. He has never failed me. I purchased the Zeiss Mil-Dot eye piece from Doug at Camera Land. I purchased my Swaro LRF from Doug also. Doug's CS is also excellent.

I was training with my .22. We were set-up on a concrete foundation, shooting 50 and 100 yard targets for group, positional. One of the shooters stood up, slipped and fell into my Zeiss spotter. It CRASHED to the concrete foundation. I figured it was damaged beyond repair as it hit the concrete so hard. I picked it up and saw what appeared to be moisture in the eye piece or body.

I sent the scope to Zeiss' CS center in VA for evaluation and repair on 16 Sept 2009. A few days later I received the spotter body at my door with a note from Karen. The note said to call her. It also said the body was fine, but the eye piece was being shipped to Germany for evaluation.

Today I received this via UPS. A NEW Vario eye piece. Zeiss evaluated the spotter, the eye piece, sent the spotter body back to me, and then sent a new Vario eye piece from Germany. FREE OF CHARGE.

Thanks to Karen at Zeiss in VA for her excellent Customer Service. Thanks to Zeiss for replacing the eye piece. They had no obligation to replace anything considering I crashed the spotter to the ground.
