I’m a big fan of CRB barrel so far. Have 1 right now in 6Dasher with about 1500 rounds through it. So far velocity is holding up very consistently. Also the Comp Contour is aesthetically pleasing. 1.1” at the muzzle compared to a .9” m24 barrel is surprisingly visually noticeable.

I measured my loaded virgin brass and I was getting a variance of up to .003”

I don’t have much experience with the MRAD but when I was is the sandbox I did see a couple Cadex rifles being used by Canadian SOF. They worked but most guys preferred the AI’s. TRG’s were pretty popular too with European SOF teams. Those guns were chambered in 300wm if that matters.

I’m having Failure to Feed on 2 different mags and both are new BR 10rd mages. However the only failure is on the first round and the mag is fully loaded. Side note I have been emailing MDT going on 2 weeks without any sign of help. I get 1 email a day from a rep asking a different question...

GDI mounts are solid. These were issued mounts when I was in the Corps. My last few MEU deployments we had GDI mounts. I’m in for the group buy

I’ll buy as long as there is no blue vision. Can’t even have a tint to it. Needs to be clear and crisp. Swaro and Leica can execute then why not?

Manzella is the way to go. The guy use to work for AI and at one point chambered every barrel for AINA rifles. He is also one of the few people that will machine the AI flats too if you want them to match a factory barrel.

I know I’m late to the party but I’m new to the AutoTrickler. Just want to say when I first got the machine the scale pan and scoop was an annoyance. Found Jim and got one of his enclosures to now run the Area419 scale pan and scoop and much happier.

Bummer to hear about the STand the issues over throwing. I think I may still just look for a used one and try it out but we’ll see. I’m currently running 3 chargemaster lites so either the ST or the V4 I’m still going to consider an upgrade.

Sorry to bring up an old thread but what’s the general consensus still? I think I read somewhere a new firmware for the SuperTrickler sucks and people are selling their machines? Are people moving over to Ingenuity powder systems machine now? Is the V4 still tits?
