Given you were able to locate the guy you can contact the police where he lives and file a police report. I did that on a Facebook purchase I got scammed on and the individual got arrested. Never for my money back but I sure felt better :)

I have a B-14 HMR in 300 PRC. I’m mounting a Leupold LRP With 50mm objective on a Leupold Mark 4 20MOA rail/base. Do you think I can get by with Medium rings? I like the scope to hug the rifle as close as possible but still clear a set of covers. Any help would be appreciated fellas. Thanks!
