Gangster Guns: Dillinger's 1911

This is a copy of John Dillinger's modified 1911. The work was done by Hyman Lebman, a San Antonio gunsmith who modified many firearms for the Motorized Bandits. Texas gunsmith Hyman Lebman was infamous for modifying 1911s. He would attach a compensator, a foregrip from the Thompson 1921, and an 18 round extended magazine. Models were made in .38 Super and .45 ACP. Some of these guns had rifle stocks attached to them. Lebman 1911,s in both .38 Super and .45 ACP were found in the possession of Baby Face Nelson and John Dillinger.

Firearms Sig Sauer SSG-3000 7.62x51 (Imported, pre-SIGUSA).

Sig Sauer SSG-3000 chambered in 7.62x51, McMillan Tactical Stock, and Sig Sauer case. Comes with 2x Factory Sig 5rd mags, 3x 10rd Accurate Mag branded mags (2 of which are not pictured as they're still NIB). Does NOT include the NF ATACR, however I'd be happy to sell it alongside the rifle if I get a decent offer on it. This is an earlier import model SSG-3000, from before SIG USA's started production with the shoddy plastic stocks. It's not quite clone correct for a "Behind Enemy Lines" build, but it's the closest you will get with a pic rail. I am the original owner, and have shot around 300 rounds of M118LR through the barrel.

Please keep in mind that this rifle was not a safe queen, minor cosmetic blemishes on the stock and along the barrel are to be expected. If you're picky about that kinda thing, let me know and I'd be happy to take more detailed photos of said blemishes for you.

Looking to get $2900 OBO, asking price also includes free shipping/insurance to your FFL.

This rifle is also crossposted to tacswap, just in case you see it over there as well.

Firearms Rem 700 short action 6.5prc

Selling a short action, unaware of work done to it, stripped 308 face bolt with firing pin. Have a magnum bolt as well complete. 6.5 prc carbon barrel, has 1000 rds 6.5cm then punched to prc for 500rds, not adding value. I never got it screwed on as a file needs taken to the first thread, all my tools are in totes. Spf shipped, or I'll keep the magnum bolt and do sof for the rest of it.

SOLD Barreled Action - Terminus Zeus with Proof Carbon 6.5 CM

Hey guys,

Selling my Terminus Zeus with Proof Research carbon 6.5 Creedmoor barreled action. Only has about 50 rounds through it.

The Zeus is the "Quick Change" model. If you're not familiar, check out Terminus's website.

The barrel is a carbon fiber Proof Research 6.5 Creedmoor, 1 in 8 twist Terminus pre-fit. I followed Proof's recommended barrel break-in procedure.

I'm only selling because I'm a fool and though I could build out a hybrid gun that could cross between a PRS-style rifle and a lightweight mountain rifle (spoiler alert - not possible), so I'm going to go a different route.

See photos - you can stack rounds on a dime at 100 yards.

The Terminus Zeus sells for $1625; the barrel sells for $1099 - plus all the taxes and shipping.

I'll let it go for $2250.

So we're both comfortable, we will definitely talk on the phone or video chat to hammer out the logistics before any money is transferred or the gun is shipped.

PM me with questions or to swap phone numbers.

Also, not interested in trades. Thanks guys.

HKU5-CoV-2: Here we go again

Trump didn’t even make it 100 days and here comes SARS COVID part deux

“Leading doctors have reacted to the emergence of a new coronavirus, calling its spread to humans an 'eventuality.'

In scenes eerily reminiscent of the beginnings of Covid, researchers at the infamous Wuhan Institute of Virology in China recently detected the modified strain living within bats.

HKU5-CoV-2 is strikingly similar to the pandemic virus, sparking fears that history could repeat itself just two years after the worst was declared over.”

Firearms Solus 17" comp chassis in sniper gray & .478 short action

Aero precision solus short action .478 face, & 17' comp chassis in sniper gray, both BNIB. Bought when they first came out, never found the time or money to build it out. Neither have seen a tool or anything.

For clarification, this is in fact a .478 bolt face, but for whatever reason was listed as a .473 on Aeros website when I ordered it ages ago.

Action - $700
Chassis - SOLD

Hardest part of having a dog

Milo, my rat terrier has had health problems since we got him. Started with allergies to grass, weeds, and everything outdoors when he was a puppy. We did allergy testing and immunotherapy injections from the time he was a year old. Then he had seizures, thyroid issues, and pancreatitis which led to diabetes a couple months ago. I didn't know that led to cataracts which recently started to show.

Last night he couldn't find his way up the steps and I had carry him inside. This morning he was playing like everything was OK. I came home after work and let him out to figure out he is completely blind. I tried a short walk outside since the weather is nice, but he got scared and wanted to go back inside.

He just turned 7, but I think it's time to put him down. He's scared and confused. It's a matter of time before he has another pancreatitis flare up and is in pain again. I hate the thought of it but the quality of life is pretty much gone.

Donations for a young man

Ok everyone, here is the donation post! I have to thank powdahound76 for all his help to set this up.

Last summer a young man by the name of William Duffy was injured in an accident on their family farm in Torrington, WY. Unfortunately, William lost his right arm. We are asking the shooting community for donations so we can build this young man a left handed rifle so he can relearn how to shoot left handed and continue to enjoy shooting and hunting.

We currently have a Leofoto tripod, a Vortex 3-18 scope, and a Thunder Beast bipod all donated directly by their respective companies. Weatherby also donated a shotgun for the boys father.

If you want to donate but aren’t comfortable with electronic funds, please PM me here and I will provide you with a mailing address.

BMC Customs in Arizona is going to be assembling the rifle for us and he has also donated a custom paint job. Go check out his instagram page and his website, he does incredible work.
