Thought I'd share this here as there's got to be at least one other Giraud user out there with the same wants...

I put together a quick design for storing the cutter heads for the Giraud Trimmer.
I've lost track of how many years I've owned my Giraud for now...but I still store my cutter heads wrapped up in a napkin in a drawer on my reloading bench just like they came originally.

This is a super simple solution to secure the head to the lid of this canister with a 3/8 nut and protect your blades. Maybe someone else has a better solution...but I couldn't find one!

New member, but long time SH follower. So here is the run down. I got a brand new springfield Armory waypoint 7PRC with the BSF Carbon Barrel, mounted in a brand new ADM mount, with a brand new NF NXB 4-32 with tremor 3 reticle. Mounted and torqued everything as should be, took it out and got it sighted in and zeroed in 12 rounds, with my final zero group measuring .269inch. I then took it to 902yards and shot about a 5inch 3 round group.

At about round count 25/30, my accuracy started to go out the window. I'm now avarageing anywhere from a 2 inch to 5 inch group. This is all with factory Horandy 180grain ELD-Match ammo. I have contacted both Spring Armory and Nightforce, they have both been super helpful, easy to deal with, and will be sending both the scope and rifle back to their respective manufacturers.

With all that being said, has anyone see this thing happen before and/or what does the group think could be happening?

The supremely anti-gun 4th Circuit just ruled on the Bianchi case involving Maryland's "assault weapon" laws and found that strangely enough the 2nd Amendment does not protect American's rights to own guns that scare Democrats. The ruling is pure gobbledygook but the interesting highlight is that it finds that military style weapons are too dangerous to be protected by the 2nd Amendment yet the historical Miller case provides that only weapons suitable for military use are protected by the 2nd Amendment. Hopefully the Honorable Justice Clarence Thomas uses this issue to end the entire NFA.

Now those of us that live in commie hellholes can get back to waiting and hoping to someday live like real free Americans do.

During the lockdowns of 2020, he threatened business owners by revoking their business license if they opened up, threatening their livelihood. Walz, also during the riots of 2020 and 2021 did nothing, for days as the cities burned here. This is also while Harris was bailing out criminals who were rioting. Our education spending per pupil has increased while proficiency in math and reading are declining. The state of MN is high taxed and we are one of the slower growing states in terms of GPD. He has further put strain of small businesses by establishing "Safe and Sick time." This is a man who has only ever lived off the taxpayer from his time in the military, a teacher, a congressman, and governor.

Just got back into reloading after being out of the game for about 5 years. All of my 6.5 / 308 data is using Federal GM Lg Rifle primers. I have 400 left and can't find them anywhere (except for a few scam websites) ... I know they were popular 'back in the day' (2018 haha) because they were cheaper than CCI and consistent. In 2024, what primer are you guys using that is available & comparable? I am not worried about price. I also have some CCI No. 200 primers... Just looking for consistent ignition and I'd rather not have to mess with / rediscover my load data. Thanks!
