Do they have greater wear due to the rifle having more moving parts?

Can over the years the rifle be less stable due to possible screws or items that fix the stock in general, when unfolded, tend to become loose?

Is a folding stock heaver?

These have been around for years, but closely guarded. Now it seems the worm has turned.

I have a .300 BLK that suddenly started having cycling/feed issues and I'm early in diagnosing it but I think I have a couple of issues. One being at least one blown primer (AAC 110 AMAX) and the other I think is the SLR adjustable gas block. It used to run great, then just went to hell on me.

So the primer issue aside for a second, I tore everything down to give it a thorough inspection. I noticed the adjuster screw had no detent. Turn it and no clicks. So I removed the screw and there is no detent inside, just the screw. How in the heck can the detent just disappear? Can they fail and get sent through the gas system? I did not have the adjuster more than about halfway out which should be physically impossible for the detent to go downstream. I'm really scratching my head on this one.

Maybe I screwed up and turned it out too far and don't remember. Not sure but thought I would ask if anyone else has had one fail and if so, did the detent go downstream or is that impossible? Since it's missing, I can't see how big it is LOL.

Other than to be a contrary PITA just because they can I'm drawing a blank as to why would the ATF require an importer to shorten the barrels on surplus Beretta M1934 pistols to make them legal to import?

A year ago the garage wall outlet with GFI was constantly tripping after rain or sprinklers. Property management sent electrician to fix.

Determined the outside outlet in rear exterior wall was not sealed properly and tripping the garage GFI (yes the exterior outlets were on same circuit as 2 garage outlets. And additionally the shower light/fan assembly in master bathroom because it shares wall with garage.)

electrician said he rewired the garage outlet circuit to a different breaker.

But now a year later the GFI on the garage outlet (on same circuit as shower fan) has been occasionally tripped and today the 20 amp breaker has tripped and won’t reset.

Any idea what the “WP” refers to on the breaker box?

Also, the lawn has a Sprinkler system

I know a dog has far superior senses than us in just about every way. But sometimes they can do things that I can't figure out. My dog (and I think this is common), knows when deer are walking through my yard even when indoors taking a dog nap with the windows closed and AC on.

It happened again just now. Dog was upstairs in a front bedroom napping, came running downstairs all wound up ready to fight and went straight to the back door. I walked over to let dog out expecting there was a chase about to happen and when I looked out, sure enough there was a big buck out back. How the heck does this dog always know when they are there? This happens a lot, day and night. It must be scent and it's so strong it wakes them up. Thoughts?
