NEW From Zermatt Arms - RimX Actions

Campers I could use some help getting my RimX bolt back together. I disassembled/cleaned/lubed/re-assembled the bolt and experienced a number of ignition failures after re-assembly; more failures with Eley than with SK Match which makes me think I screwed the firing pin bolt too far back?

PrimalRights YT Video references a divot on the fp rod that needs to be timed with the port housing two set screws. I do see a slight divot on the fp rod threads but I'm not sure if it's from the factory or from my prior re-assembly with the set screws. I'm having a difficult time seeing that divot through the port housing the two set screws.

Anyone have tips/tricks/guidance on a framework to ensure successful re-install of the fp rod/spring into the cocking piece?

Precision Rifle Gear Accutac WB-4 vs Atlas bt10 for prone shooting

What are you shooting?
I ask because, for ME, it depends on how heavy the gun is and how hard it kicks. There's a reason long range guns use those super wide stanced bipods; it's because it keeps it settled during recoil so the gun doesn't jump all over the place during firing. For most smaller pods, the width or stance is 6.5" wide, like my harrises. For my br4 accutac, it's a full three inches wider than that at 9.5". Though remember, something no one ever told me, or anyone else for that matter is that the stance means NOTHING whatsoever, if the cant doesnt lock up tight.
If theres a little kick to the gun, and it doesnt lock up tight, you're going to see the guns becoming more unlevel with each shot, forcing you to level it back up again, every time. Also, it adds a bit of uncontrolled variance in between each shot that an absolute solid pod will not.
My small harrises are fine on my AR's, but will jump WILDY with my mauser or my pencil barrel .270 with full bore loads. It jumps both off the table and cocks the shit out of the cant every time on the little harris. With my br4 accutac, it doesnt move whatsoever. BUT, that's partially due to when I torque that lever down on the cant, she stays put every time, for the entire range session. Even on my mauser, which kicks HARD. And I dont go to the range for an hour; I'm usually there four hours minimum every time. It's a TOTALLY different shooting rifle because of that.

I guess to answer your question, for ME, I like the compactness (both the length and width when stowed) of the BR-4 G2. It's not gigantic on the gun when folded (though definitely bigger than my atlas, and a tad smaller than my warne and about the same as my parker hale) heavy, (i love weight) and easy to adjust and is the cockiest, overbuilt pod I've ever messed with besides the bipod on my M60. I'm so impressed with it Im buying three more for the rest of the fleet.

The Shot You’ll Never Forget Giveaway - Enter To Win A Barrel From Rifle Barrel Blanks!

This was a few years ago. Just got back from an archery hunt where I killed a stud 10 pointer and a doe within a day of each other.

The following week it was gun season and was fortunately invited to some private ground with some good friends. I showed up on Friday. After about an hour in the stand I had a code brown and HAD to get down. 10 seconds after climbing in the stand there was a giant 9 pointer that ran 20 yards right in front of me that one of the other guys bumped. My best ever year and probably won’t ever repeat that in my lifetime.

7 years and 11 months on the 0200-1030 HRS shift. Earlier this year I applied for a position and was later offered that slot. Monday - Friday 0700-1600 HRS. Today was my last day in the old dept. and now I will be the senior training instructor in the district. Even got an office! With windows! So on the way home I stopped at the booze hound store to see what was on the shelf. I spied the Willet and asked if they had any Weller's. Yup. Behind the counter. So as I go to pay, the fella tells me they also have E.H. Taylor and Blanton's. NO. FUCKING. WAY. So my small work victory turned into a pleasant surprise. I know many here may happen upon these flavors easily, but I have never spotted the EHT and Blanton's anywhere around here. I already dipped into the Willet. Hard to beat a great pour at 11:30 in the morning.....as usual for the aficionados...Randall Made Knives and food for the Garand on the loading block. Good luck and good shooting!

P.S. that is not a messican on a burro on top of the blanton's....:ROFLMAO::LOL:

Best AR-15/M16 Bolt Carrier Group For The Money…Who Ya Got??

For the value item, FZ has worked for me, never an issue. Granted though, IIRC, FZ sku's are Toolcraft product, but finished by FZ.
If you take a 10step diamond pastes kit (cheap from ammy zon) using felt wheels and dremel, polish out the FZ NiB, it becomes even more super slick dry, after just do a wipe of oil, it operates smooth like baby butt, maybe even smoother.

I've always thought failzeros shtick was the coating process and not that they manufactured the bolts themselves.

Mexican Senate President Floats a Plan to Annex Part of United States as Illegal Aliens Continue to Cause Mayhem in LA

We’ll get so much more in resources and assets.
The Spanish pretty much depleted Mexico's assets long ago. Not much in timber, or water resources. They do have a near limitless supply of NG..but Carter fucked that up.

But what I want to know is, how is this different than Trumpster wanting to annex Greenland, by force if necessary?

Wrong, I see the indoc training has worked well on you.
Actually, he is correct. Though I believe in defending oneself, you cant get away from reality..
