fair asking price? leishy

You’re more likely to get bites between $3500-3750 in this market. The Vortex can be had for $1000-1200 (sometimes a little less, even) by a patient buyer.

If you’re not in a rush to sell though, start at $4000 and slowly drop it down until it sells. Nice air rifle! The Leishy requires a specific kind of buyer though, given its price point. Wish I could buy it myself, but I’ll be listing an EdGun Lelya 2.0 soon, so I can’t justify another, more expensive one, to replace it lol.

Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

the fact that the psych doctors do move things from one diagnosis to another should be a concern. this does allow them to expand their justification for certain treatment options ie drugs. the question of are these really diseases or variability that occurs in human behavior and development. attention deficit is a good example of naming a behavior a disease and justifying drugging. the reasons for the increase in deficit have been debated everywhere. to me autism likely falls into that category. i don't know but i am betting many slow learning kids get that diagnosis. the game playing in medicine with diagnosis and the ICD-10 # it gets in the book for billing is a common manipulation.
the fact that someone doesn't trust any study done by bought and paid for academic doctors and universities (which most are) shows nothing but a rational look at the recent past.

300 yard consistency

Just remember bigman 22 is nothing but worms!

20" barrel means nothing as far as accuracy is concerned. One of my most accurate barrel is a 20-5/8" 16TW Shilen. Why is it at that length? That's where it slugged.

This was at 206 yards, in some 10+MPH wind, Lapua Long Range.

Have a Krieger 25" 16TW, I wanted it as long as possible for balance of the rifle. It is another shooter. Same distance 206 yards ammo SK Tan.

Have tested 12TW, 13TW and 16TW. Short and long. Tried 13TW vs 16TW back to back with 15 different lots (16TWwas short 13TWwas long). Results? They were inclusive... SDs and ESs were even split between the 15 lots. Both rifles tested shoot! My personal opinion is you need a good blank and a competent smith. Twist is a factor, if you want to know by how much? I have not seen enough evidence to make the call.

You are on the right track, I have spent thousands on test lots. You are money ahead to have your BA lot tested IMHO.
Look at KSS for Eley, good bunch over there.

Trump is back…the “Now What” thread

They lump a bunch of shit togeather and call it the autistic " spectrum ".

It's all fun and games with all the ass hats that think they have a " fucking" clue and the stupid sheep that follow them. Some of you liberal scum know who you are, SHUT THE FUCK UP .

When you spend your time telling your grandchild for the fifteenth time to stop doing something, and you eventually realise that getting mad and raising your voice is like pissing strait into a blue northern and you feel like an ass, you might get it eventually.

So any of you fuck tards that don't deal with that on a regular basis should really SHUT THE FUCK UP.

Fucking Democrat trolls.

I shoot a 12 twist chambered to whatever PVA does and it HAMMERS.
I may have even over torqued it by accident. I’m sure there’s some black magic to your questions, but I just sent it… maybe it’s luck!
Or… maybe I spent time and $ on lot testing Tenex…
Pics at 50yds of various lots.
I don’t have photos of 100 and 200, but was one of the few to clean a longish stage last month.
PS: I’m only a few months into 22lr and matches..

Hornady high speed 3 in 1 case trimmer

Just got one and had a chance to use it over the weekend. All in all very happy with it! Super quiet, head is easy to swap calibers no need to buy multiple heads per caliber, catches shaving, fast/efficient to move through 100 cases and super repeatable after caliber swaps.

Other tools require dedicated tool heads, spacers or trial and error when swapping cartridges/calibers. Also removes over/under chamfering that happen with tools that require subjective pressure. Super consistent results just need to make sure your sizing tolerances are tight and you will have consistent case length.

Down side is that it only supports .22, .243, .264, .30 today no plans for pilots for other calibers for 6-12 months per Hornady. This is a super bummer for me, it means I need to maintain other tools for the foreseeable future.
If you use the same cutter head for multiple calibers then are you having to adjust the Cham and debur cutter angles each time? I’m lazy.

Higher quality trimmers worth it?

For the Hornady 3-1 trimmer, does anyone know if you have to adjust the chamfer and debur on each cutter body everytime you change calibers? If not, then does it come set up and you just need to adjust the case trim length only? Manual mentions trim length but does not mention cutter set up to change the chamfer and debur angles etc. for the record, I don’t want to have to mess with those angles at all. I went through a lot of brass on the Giraud when I messed with it to much last time.

CHINA IS F###ED

No you cant! Think about everything you use daily. The phone or computer you type on, the servers hosting your post. The utility transformers keeping your lights on. The gps in your car. The TV, the washing machine controllers, the remote. I could go on and on about all the shit you use without thinking about it. How do you scan your debit card? How does the gas pump work? What do you put water in? We are way more dependent on them. You're a fool to think otherwise!!
I’m, is all that going to suddenly stop working? Heavens!, does this mean that I can’t buy a new phone every year?!? How will I ever make it?!?🙄
