Installing a dimmer in a three way but there's not ground on the original switch.

I'm wanting to install a dimmer on a three pole switch but when I opened the switch cover and pulled the switch, there is not a ground wire attached. This in a multiple switch box.

Any help would be appreciated.

Edit: added pic of entire box exposed. The green on the other dimmer is connected to a bare ground wire.

New dimmer. Same manufacturer as the current switches.

I'm also wanting to add dimmers to single pole switches but those switches are in similar type box and wired exactly the same as the first pic. I initially installed a single pole dimmer but lost power to some outlets and lights I'm assuming are farther down the line from the single pole switch.

Staball match in 223

I have not been able to get enough powder into a case when using 77gr TMK's but have had some very promising test results with 73gr ELD-M projectiles. My testing was for an AR15 so I think Staball Match might work well for you as you are going to have a bit more room in the case due to loading longer than 2.255 for your bolt gun. When I can't find load data I have had good luck using Varget charge weights.
I want to try the 77 TMK’s since I’ve got the room to play around with since my current loaf is 2.495 and the sierra stuff seems to not care about jump. Plus I could use them for precision gas gun stuff if I wanted to.
