There is some good news.

Let's keep in mind that someone or some business is selling the abortion drugs to the Satanic temple. They have other baby killing factories opened around the country that are probably using the other murder methods instead of drugs.

That means that someone is providing them real estate, equipment and personnel to murder babies.

There are devil worshippers around us. You might encounter some in your everyday walks. You could even be sitting next to one in church who is pretending to be a Christian.

Active Shooter at Fort Stewart

I agree, DoD has completely forgotten about personal accountability.

I may have had black on my collar when I was in uniform, but I definitely had my ass chewed plenty of times for a dumbass in my platoon or squad. Why did your Marine get a DUI, why did he bounce a check, why did he pop for coke, BTDT but the acceptable reply is never “You’re the one that sounded liberty call, not me”.

And the only answer is, “No excuse, sir.”

The 90/10 rule is probably the only absolute there is.

Fuck that. What the fuck is tuna doing anywhere near a pizza? Fucking Minnesota
What about California and Arizona? It totally figures that theirs would be avacado.

But I agree, that this is just another meme of faked info to garner conversation and interweb discussion.

Groups are to small

Yes - dont focus on group size at 100m as it's only weakly correlated to MV consistency. In fact, I wouldnt shoot at 100m at all during these tests. Id do drop validation on steel at progressively further distances so you can kill two birds with one stone (gather mv test data to confirm/refute hypothesis and get some good dope on your ammo to see what it's doing at distance to record in your dope book). Will keep you focused on target vs group size which lots of folks get hung up on when also trying to get MV consistency data).

Do grouping drills separately where you're focused on one particular thing or another (ie zero shift at 100m when shooting prone vs off a tripod or barricade, etc).
My post kinda goes opposite your recommendation but the reason is the OP needs to understand that MV is purely a function of the ammunition consistency which definitely affects long distance group size and is not a factor per se (very small factor) in defining what the rifle in his hands is capable of. Determine that at 100yds so you know what to expect as the goal at longer distance.

Your experience with the Razor 1-10x on lower mag

Don’t ask me how I haven’t noticed it till now. I’ve had my Razor 1-10 for awhile, but generally only shoot with it on 1x and greater than 4x. I’m clearly not one who sits and thoroughly analyzes everything in a scope like C_DOES unless I just don’t remember, but was wondering what others’ experiences are with this scope on 2-3x?

I keep my LPVO diopters set for as true a 1x as possible, but recently have done some shooting on 2 and 3x and notice at distance there’s quite a bit of edge distortion where only the center portion of the image is true, not something you can see in the garage. I’m guessing it’s maybe a function of the 10x erector, but this goes away when I get to 4x. I don’t have another 1-10 to compare and never seen it on a 1-6. I wish I’d thought to take pictures last time I was out, but maybe next time.
Since you were able to use it as long as you did without noticing the issue, I'd just put it out of my head. I think the best LPVOs fall within the 1-6x category. Even in that category, there are trade offs. I think the best two are the Razor and the Credo and one is too heavy for what it is and the other not as compact as it should be. The higher you get above 6x, the more trade offs there are going to be.

If your only issue is one that you didn't notice in normal use, I'd say you are lucky. I run an NX8 and I just live with the distortion at the outer edges when on 1x because everything else is just fine.

FAFO

wow. so the government lets the lender make all the money while assuming zero risk, and the kids have little chance of actually paying it back.
that's even more retarded.

Don't take them if you don't like them. Jesus fuck you leftists bitch endlessly. Seeing a fuckwit with a two year community college degree and $80K in debt proves the education system in this country has fucking failed. Oh wait? Maybe it was Harvard Community College's junior law school? What fuckwit parent supports this?

Despite what the average asshole thinks its entirely possible to get an education with minimal debt. The mystery is why are they going at all in 50% of the cases. Getting a fucking useless degree and earning minimum wage after four years of bullshit? Seriously.

We have a family member who decided to go back to school for a masters in social work. Recommended by her boss. Two additional years, $50,000 additional dollars, three additional dollars per hour.

Yeah, that degree paid for itself in a decade and allowed her to earn almost 1/3rd of my pay.

You could learn about using capital letters at the beginning of a sentence or something.

A few years back the barista handed me my drink, I looked down and started laughing and she was confused until she looked down then turned beet red. I told her that there were easier ways to call me a dick.

Groups are to small

Which is another question what is considered a good group at 300 yards for a old one eyed man?
There is no true one number answer for 300yds. The answer is dependent on many factors. A better question is what do you need and what can you consistently shoot at 100yds. At 100yds external ballistic factors, such as environmental play very little into the group size, it is primarily internal ballistics, rifle harmonics, and SHOOTER. Your goal at 300 is 3x whatever YOU can do at 100yds. Likely very difficult to achieve but still the goal. Shooting a 80 round group and picking on two shots tells you next to nothing about anything other than the fact that as the shot count increases the extreme spread is going to increase. If you are a competitive shooter then the shot count that matters is whatever string count in a relay you shoot for record. Anything beyond that is noise.

Bedding question

I had a Ruger ultra-lite 257Roberts that I was having accuracy problems with. I know, what did I expect, right?

Anyway, I did the bedding and the rifle was better but not as good as I liked. All I wanted out of the rifle was something near 1MOA. It is a hunting rifle and 1MOA was more than good enough for 300yds or less.

After becoming disgusted with the rifle, I needed to ask for ideas for what could be wrong with the rifle. a forum member told me about how Rugers are very torque sensitive.

I followed the procedure of tightning the trigger guard screw to 10lbs torque and then started torquing the lug screw.

I was told to start around 25 foot pounds on the lug screw and shoot a group.

It worked. My 257 Roberts requires a torque of 15 ft lbs for the rear guard screw and 45 foot lbs for the lug screw.

Maybe checking your rifle's manufacture's torque specifications? Maybe I'm barking up the wrong tree?
