Impact 737 SA, Proof 6cm 26" barrel, diamond pro curve trigger.
That barrel has 600 rounds through it.
I'm the second owner of the action. It is well broken in and very smooth.

Went from being well tuned and pretty much dead reliable with my match centerfire and with my Vudoo to, giving me estimates as much as a full Mill High.

Next week, I’m going to go to prince, set up targets at known ranges *easy to do at Prince, and get some firm, true data. then true the Kestrel to this data. I had to do this when the unit was new, not rocket science).

As said, trued it before and until yesterday, with the 6GT and 105 Berger Hybrids as well as the Vudoo, with SK Standard Plus and Long rifle Match dead reliable. Had an issue with my practice 6GT and Berger 105 VLDs at 800 yards, but these other two rifles are solid or at least were. . Now, bonkers. Example. Vudoo, proven data 250 yards, 9.4 mils, This was given by the Kestrel last week. Today, same Kestrel, Same everything excepting 10 degree cooler weather and very low humidity, recommended 10.9 mils. Guess what, tried both, 9.4 mils was on target.

After issues yesterday, I reloaded the rifle data, from my iPhone where proven data is stored. No change from yesterday’s too high recommendations.

Any other ideas.

Really great condition - I’d venture 9/10. Shot only 100 rounds factory Hornady 147gr ELD-M from a bench, stored in a climate-controlled safe. Very minor storage/handling marks, slight rubbing on the ARCA rail from a tripod and bipod. Small imperfections on the right side from installing the hoptic quiver.

I have an additional (I posted an additional ad about 2 hrs. ago for a non-folder) used MPA BA Comp Chassis in tungsten (color). This one is a folding chassis but the joint is super tight, no movement whatsoever when you mount/dismount the gun. This chassis has been used for a few years but is in excellent shape. It has the aluminum MPA enhanced bag rider, full front weight kit (see pics), front spigot mount, and mag block insert (for more positive magazine seating). I bought these and a prefit 6.5C barrel a few years ago, but put the project aside. I was looking around and it seems ARC doesn’t sell the Archimedes anymore, I assume the new action is the new hotness. On the BARLOC, they don’t sell it anymore. Is it still relevant and useful? I didn’t see any posts on it recently?

So I stumbled upon this 308 fitted in a RACS chassis in a local auction and had to have it. My 1st. Looks somewhat customized, came with a compensator and a 5rder. Missing side rails. Previous owner told me it is one of the earlier versions. Is there anything more I should know about this?

Haven't modified a Savage bolt before- I've got .029 gap between the baffle and rear of the bolt.
Can I mill all that off the back of the bolt body (and the big ass bolt) without it fucking with the closing ramp, or do I need to leave maybe ten thou clearance?

Are there any custom action manufacturers building on a tikka t3 footprint?

Bundled items:

BCM upper, .300 BLK Criterion Core 10.5” barrel with BCM headspaced bolt from Criterion, and 9.3” Geissele MK8 handguard with Geissele gas block - $480

BCM upper is like new, the Criterion barrel has 150-200 rounds through it at the most. Used it as a backup for my main squeeze during training, but it’s been sitting in the safe ever since. Core Series barrels are a 2-3 month wait (at least). BCM upper is thermal fit to the barrel prepped with AeroShell, barrel nut torqued to 40ft-lbs, handguard bolts torqued to 5ft-lbs, and gas block is not pinned but torqued to 25in-lbs with Loctite 243 on the threads. I have a 7.62 HUXWRX QD muzzle brake that I might be inclined to sell with this as I may replace it with the new 6mm model.

San Tan billet upper with forward assist and 11.5” San Tan Wedgelock handguard - $125

This has a slight rattle can paint job on the upper. The handguard alignment pin did not quite align with the upper. I aligned the handguard with the upper using a tapped it on not realizing that they were not aligned. This forced the pin into the upper and there’s no removing it. Also the pin started a slightly new path into the handguard. The handguard is brand new other than the pin “realignment. I am not selling this as a result, I’m selling it due to the weight of the barrel nut – it’s just too heavy when combined with a Law Tactical folder and I’m now used to Geissele’s feather light barrel nut. That being said, most people really love the wedgelock design.

3.9” Sig Sauer slide with Faxon threaded barrel and Sig Romeo Pro red dot - $450

Slide is the older dovetail rear sight model so the Sig Romeo dot is ideal as it is built to align with the stock front sight. The slide is “used” but includes all internals. The optic and barrel have maybe 50 rounds on them. I run Acros on everything now and the Romeo Pro just wasn't my thing, so I don't need this slide or optic anymore.

Noveske-VLTOR upper receiver - $200

Brand new outside of some prep grease on the threads. Turns out I don't have a single handguard that fits this except the wedgelock which I am willing to bundle this with instead of the ST upper. Really want to keep this but I already got a new upper for my RIS III.

Used for about 10 prs style matches. Has a small scuff that I'll show a picture of. Have a set of vortex rings I will include if you want them. Used them but upgrade to a sphur.

Have the box, throw lever, sun shade.

Looking for good budget factory ammo to shoot out of an AR10 platform just for fun. No hunting or bolt gun use. Local shop has lots of Sellier & Bellot 6.5 creedmoor 142gr hpbt for what to me seems pretty reasonable; $22.49 a box. I was wondering if any one has any experience with this ammo?

Not trying to win awards but at the same time I still want something that groups half decent. Mostly shooting 200-700yds steel plates.
