This was the press conference from the morning. Lead speaker said they were tipped off from Ottawa police (some of whom had to be relieved of duties) that there would be an attempt to begin mass arrests when communication systems are taken down including use of cell phone blockers. He implored Canadians to come to Ottawa for support when that happened.
