He read a transcript in which Jackson allegedly told the convict there is “no reason to think” that he is a pedophile.

“Didn’t you apologize to him? And I just got to tell you, I can’t quite figure this out,” Hawley said. “You said to him, ‘This is a truly difficult situation. I appreciate that your family’s in the audience. I feel so sorry for them, and for you and the anguish this has caused all of you. I feel terrible about the collateral consequences of this conviction.’ And then you go on to say ‘sex offenders are truly shunned in our society.’ I’m just trying to figure out, judge, is he the victim here?”

Doesn't have to be. The minute Russian troops were amassing along borders we should have been looking how to ramp up fertilizer production here, even if a "national defense" initiative was necessary. But when the outcome accomplishes your goals...

Fertilizer for all that corn and soybeans we can’t eat without it being processed sixteen times over?

Wondering if he's part of the controlled opposition, or if ScrewToob is happy with the money he brings in...

Nah.

He isn't telling anyone what to think. Just presenting logical and rational bits of information that promote healthy skepticism, cynicism and discourse. Something refreshing to many....

You are free to draw your own conclusions. He is not presenting anything controversial in the slightest.

I do not agree with his one world utopian view, which is still very different from the technocratic marxism that many think of with the nwo.

Anyone's sense of utopia will always require force (and death) to implement and uphold.

Our new SCOTUS nominee will apologize to him....being that it was in Miami, I would have thought someone would have capped the fuck...

I think I'm starting to see a pattern here

Raids like this will fall out of popularity with the rank and file VERY quickly if a number of them return from each mission at room temperature. "How we burned in the camps later..."

The biggest mistake the BD made was allowing the assailants to retreat after the assailants had run out of ammo. They had made the same mistake that the Abbasid Caliphate had made in the defense of Baghdad against Hulagu Khan's onslaught. For months leading up the siege of Baghdad, the caliphal army had already been engaging the Mongols as far east as Isfahan, and had captured many high ranking Mongol generals as well as designers and builders for the Mongols' advanced gunpowder siege engines. However, in a fit of rage and thirst for vengeance for earlier Mongol atrocities, the caliphal army's commanders had these prisoners executed. These assets could have prevented Hulagu from sacking Baghdad if the Abbasids used them well. Displaying them to the besieging Mongols, alive and unharmed, and with a clear statement of what WILL happen to them if Hulagu fires upon the city... When you KNOW that you are completely encircled and under siege, with fatal consequences once your endurance has given up, the only thing that will possibly give you an edge, allow you and your friends to make it out unscathed, and get your side of the story told, is by having bargaining chips in your control. Bargaining chips that the enemy holds dear. Prisoners and hostages have been the mainstay of military history since the dawn of time.
