In Burns Oregon if you move there for work good luck finding a place to live. If you move there without a job there are a bunch of apartments for rent low income. They had a neighborhood that was zoned for duplex, retirement housing. It was next to the only old folks home. City "leaders" decided they wanted some low income housing there and got it rezoned. Mind you this was right next to the newest nicest neighborhood in town as well. Apartments were built and now its a freakshow. ALL of them have come from out of town to welch off the community. All part of the plan.
