ROE V WADE ……….

Just seemed like a good place to drop this!

Third issue: The abortion industry is deeply corrupt. Margerate Sanger, the founder of Planned Parenthood, and it's patron Saint, hated blacks. Her vitriolic statements are no secret. She hated them, and devised a method for systematically exterminating them. Black politicians will talk about systematic oppression, where it doesn't exist and completely ignore the numbers of blacks being aborted, way out of proportion to their population, when compared to Hispanics, and other minorities and Whites.
Don't forget the other patron saint of Planned Parenthood: Bill Gates' father, and the newest one: Jeff Bezos ex-wife.

Got news for you, everyone on this board was already on a list. 😀
A whole lot of people in here want to dictate how other lives and want to dictate choices that do not effect them. How about y'all just mind your own fucking business and worry about your own fucked up selves. That should keep you more than busy enough.
I keep trying to mind my own fucking business, but people keep trying to dictate how I should live my life!

The court has a bit of a problem.
1. Ignore the burning down of everything by the left wing and make the ruling as printed.
2. Change the ruling like Roberts did with Kenyan care and burn down the SCOTUS. If they do an about face now it will show that they are also illigit.

Rumor I heard today was it was leaked by Kahan's office. Whether her personally or a radical on her staff? Something tells me that the FauxBI with all the resources to find everyone that went into the capital on Jan 6 will not be able to find out who did this. 9 judges and their staff. Total of 200? more or less people. And it'll be like a an episode of Hogan's heroes. I know nothing!!
The courts were already illegitimate. This just further solidified it.
The demoncrats are in for an ass whipping this fall.
This leak was nothing more than an attempt to rile the base and get them out to vote against the evil republicans. Purely political theater.
This was also an early draft from February, it has likely changed several times without the interference.
Even if the Dems get their ass kicked, does that really change anything?

This thread has no lack of ignorance. It’s pretty sad really. I’ll leave it at that.

Yall realize that even if the opinion holds to ruling it will not reduce the number of abortions...?

And we still gonna pay for them. Either through taxes or healthcare costs....

It literally only means the federal govt is stepping out of moderating. Handing it to the states...etc. Costs will be spread out to private business through Healthcare/ and govt subsidies, imo...

It also means that making up shit out of thin air to push the Democrat agenda along will no longer be tolerated.

Whoever leaked this is a fucking moron for a number of reasons.

Let's go through them, shall we?

1. First and foremost, Roberts and the rest of SCOTUS is going to want a scalp. They crossed a line. It doesn't matter what the issue is, you don't leak a draft opinion, period. Most likely this was one of the Court's clerks.

For those who aren't familiar with what a SCOTUS clerkship is (and really any Article III clerkship works) law students, once having passed the bar, and even lawyers who have begun their careers will apply for SCOTUS clerkships. Usually it's a one year assignment, and is the single best thing a young lawyer can do for their career. Only 36 clerks serve at a time, so the pool is very small.

The clerk's job is to work hand in hand with the justices. They proofread both grammatically and legally, conduct research, and pit their minds against those of the justices in attempting to shoot holes in the legal arguments of their bosses.

In many ways, these represent the cream of the legal crop. It's hard to put into words just how prestigious it is, so let me just put it into dollars. If you are a SCOTUS clerk, you can get hired by a firm of your choice, with a signing bonus nearing $500k these days, on top of a fast track to partner at these massive law firms.

2. If it was a clerk who leaked it, they set their career on fucking fire. Bye-bye bonus, no fast track to partner, and they're likely not even going to make their way out of this with their law license intact. Even in D.C., with the D.C. bar association being as lefty as it is, the ire of the Supreme Fucking Court carries a lot of weight, and even if you support having a SCOTUS-created right to an abortion, there are rules you fucking follow as a lawyer, even in this day and age.

3. Whatever this idiot was hoping to achieve just blew up in their face.

They have guaranteed that this opinion is not going to change. Having read the opinion and Alito's spicy language, I can almost guarantee that Roberts was not on board. So that makes this a Thomas, Alito, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, and Barrett opinion. Since Alito is writing it, we can infer that Thomas gave him the assignment since the assignment of writing the opinion goes in order of seniority, with Roberts the cuck getting the first vote. If he declines, then it moves in order of seniority among those joining with the opinion.

If they change their opinion before June, they will have signaled that they are swayed by public pressure, something they desperately want to avoid.

This will be a great distraction from inflation and the failed ukraine thing in the news cycle.
I believe it was leaked to take attention away from the "2000 mules" movie and the huge Pfizer document dump on the same day. A lot of lefty- destroying info was coming out that same day, so they knew they needed something that could dominate the news cycle for a little while. This was a distraction. JMHO.

This is what pisses me off more then anything.

I am likely a minority here and actually think the guberment should keep its hands off my body. Full stop end of line. It is not their place.

All this judgement is (if this is accurate and not a ploy to get votes in Nov) is say the fed has no business in your crotch. That is it. It is now (again if true) up to each state. Nothing really is changed you want one drive across state lines and get it at worst case. Don't like it happening, do what the people moving out of CA and into TX do, and get the place you move to change their laws.

We have a system in place for this, all of this. Don't like guns there is a system in place to repeal the second. We have done it before, thing 21st amendment and the 18th. This is the system we have work within it, same with the 19th, work within the system...if you want it legal or illegal across the land, do it the same way as any of these did. Otherwise shut the fuck up and leave me the hell alone.

We witnessed an election being stolen even after they told us they were going to do it, Pence receiving his illuminati coin in front of Pelosi on Jan. 6th. for being a good traitor along with other blatant, in your face proof there was a coup. Do you honestly believe they're worried about any movie or document dump?

The globalist slime people would make a point to show it just to further humiliate and hear the moans of the defeated American couch brigade.

True, but we're talking about the left, so there is so much more to it than that. This is an evil religion for which there is no shame, and no moral boundaries. In fact, the worse the crime you commit for your "beliefs" the more powerful and famous you become. When criminals like Michael Brown attempt to murder a police office it sets off weeks of protests and massive, leftist, grifting organizations for all the political parasites to feast upon...

A classmate of mine, Jeff Smith, who went to a country club prison for a year when convicted of election fraud, has been punished by high dollar board positions, and a darling "prisoner" advocate of academia who gets paid to speak about the injustice of punishing criminals. He is on the radio all the time and has absolutely ZERO contrition. In fact, he wrote a book about how his crimes should not have been punished at all. It isn't a political or philosophical position they believe in. This is a religious faith, and the ends justify the means. Just look at Bill Ayers, Bernardine Dohrn. These two tried to overthrow the government, murdered people, and they live lives of academic luxury and further their revolution by writing CHILDREN'S TEXTBOOKS!!! You have to understand the depth of their depravity, and so far I haven't found the bottom...

The clerk who did this had to know they would be trading that high profile legal career for an even higher profile career as a leftist maryter. They will now become a university professor, paid public speaker, and probably sit on multiple, paid NFP and corporate boards. This is not a career ender, it is a career launching move. She is just switching fields from the top of law to the top of leftist politics and leftist political corruption. If you believe that this Ivy League trained activist did not know exactly how this benefited her, and how it will vault her to the top you are not paying attention to how the left operates. The fact that she is willing to betray and lie is a feature, not a drawback.

Modern leftism is a mental illness. These are mentally ill people without morals or virtue.

It seems many in here stand on a moral high ground of killing as wrong.

I would bet all of you survive off killing living organisms on a daily basis. Interesting the psychological validation one creates for killing one living organism while making another sacred.

You cannot don’t deny that human beings are set apart from any other creature on the face of this planet.

If we are just another organism, why do we have morals, laws, a conscience? Why do we look down upon murder and rape and theft and child molestors if we’re just another organism?

Your argument is akin to saying “nothing is good or bad, because we’re all just organisms at the end of the day.” That type of philosophy leads down a road to genocide.

"Killing" isn't wrong. It's often necessary (even killing people). "Murder" is wrong. What kind of mental and moral midget does not understand the distinction? Such of simplistic understanding is going to lead you down all sorts of blind alleys, and once you start ignoring all those enigmas and paradoxes you will find yourself a leftist.

Post Modernism. He creates his own reality that is as valid to him as the one we share. He makes no account that his view may be distorted through a lens of his own making. Philosophy 101, Plato's Theory of the Forms.

It's pointless to argue with someone like this. They are incapable of learning, and hold their ignorance as a virtue. "Why would I want to know a single thing about guns? I'm against them!".

This whole thing is retarded and the timing is worse than pulling your pants down while at church. Why is this an issue all of a sudden? Why is a 'conservative' court hauling this old ass thing out of the storage closet months before the midterms during a time when the US is in the worst shapes its been in since most of us were alive? Oh, and the republicans are currently supposed to sweep those midterms.

Do they honestly believe this is what most people in the US want? News flash, outside of hard line Biblethumpers, this issue was somewhere between cleaning out the garage and doing taxes, for most people.

Want an abortion? Go fucking have one. Trust me, just like firearms, some lame ass law isn't stopping anyone.

Do I think its right/agree with it? Not really.

Do I want people having more kids (especially those people who tend to have abortions) Absolutely fucking not. Hell I've killed most of you, and your loser ass kids, in my mind already.

We have $5 gas, 20% inflation, food/supply shortages, an absolute muppet 'in charge', stolen elections, voter fraud, a ministry of truth and a SCOTUS judge who was just confirmed based solely on the fact that she is black and has a vagina and what do we do....oh lets rewrite our take on Roe V Wade.

Couldn't take up a stolen election or most 2A cases, but lets get right on this old ass thing that regardless of what the law is, will change literally nothing as having an 'illegal abortion' will be somewhere up there with being a sanctuary city or how most of us would act is they banned all firearms. It will change nothing, yet it will just piss off the other side to do dumb shit.

You know how when you think of the middle east and how they all have fought and killed each other for 1000s of years and you're like, why are they so dumb? Why do they keep doing that dumb shit over and over?

Well, this is that.

What in the actual fuck?

Said the same as soon as I heard about this... Pfizer released a bunch of documents that are pretty damning, 33B to Ukraine in a "package", and on and on. I think prevailing theory of the combination of this failed administration's policies and the coming red wave in November holds the most water. They must fire up the base and make it a fight and its probably the right call...

Aside from fantasies of having sex with a cheeseburger, the German is spot on sane here.

WTF is the SCOTUS dragging this volatile nuclear bomb out now after going along with a stolen election? School shootings weren't effective enough?

Because SCOTUS is an arm of the Democratic Party as is the DOJ,FBI etc……..

because, several states passed anti-abortion laws, which resulted in several lawsuits, those lawsuits have made it to the supreme court.

They just put up a big fence around the Supreme Court.

They wouldn't want to have an...insurrection.

How fucked do we have to get before things really get spicy?

As an aside, how much of a manic do you have to be, to be foaming-at-the-mouth angry that your “right” to decide whether or not a child gets a chance at life is at stake?
in a bigger picture its about whether the government should be that into someone's life. As a Liberatarian, I don't think so. I think we should have as little government intervention into our lives as possible.

Now as a populace, if we want to have a popular referendum on the issue and it is voted in or out, I am perfectly fine with the outcome as the populace has spoken.

How are you a libertarian?

So government should stay out of peoples medical lives, unless the majority vote to do it to the minority? They sounds more like democracy/communism

It’s been hundreds of years since the last insurrection, are you talking about the peaceful walk-in protest where the government murdered a unarmed woman?

Saying you can't kill someone to avoid personal responsibility is too much government intervention???

So if the repo man comes for someone's car, just kill him to avoid the hassle?

Yes. I was being sarcastic. The pro abortion sluts and lesbians could tear the fence down and chase judges out the back door and it would called a mostly peaceful protest.

This I disagree 100%. So from my perspective, my personal beliefs structure its interesting to hear others perspective. Imo, We are highly evolved and thats about it, we are still animals and not that far separate. Those animal instincts are still there.

To say other animals do not have a a social order in 100% wrong. Pods of whale dolphin elephants gorillas they most definitely have social order. IMO. Its just a different forum of order, in some ways more pure and direct.

To me, this is the most fascinating aspect of the Roe v. Wade deal:

- The same people that are pushing authoritarian policies that mandate and coerce medical interventions (specifically speaking about COVID vaccines), are the same people that pretend that individual rights matter when making choices about your body (a la abortion).

- The same people that are for bodily autonomy when it comes to COVID vaccines, are generally the same people that support the State's ability to decide whether or not you can have an abortion.

I know that I'm making some over-generalizations with the above two categories. There's more nuance to that, and of course there are people (like myself) that don't fit into either of those two camps. But those two camps above seem to the most predominant and outspoken in this leak. There is a lot of hypocrisy, and it goes both ways.

Please, show me in my post that you only partially quoted, where I said other animals don’t have a social order.

Whales, dolphins, elephants and gorillas don’t have laws, morals, ethics, or virtues. Everything they do is based off of the instinct to survive and procreate. There’s a big difference between those human-specific attributes and being the one highest in the pecking order who gets to eat first and copulate with any female in the troop that they want.

A inconvenient truth indeed

Personally I think the gov should fuck off on both subjects, it’s not their role to get involved in such matters.

Problem is the left and the right, when you go to far enough out on both sides, they both are statists and want to use government to make their neighbors bend or break to their “morals”
