Centrist, is the only way it will come close to working. Being (too far) to the right or to the left puts things out of balance. And lets remember, mankind, my miserable self included, are corrupt and thus can create only corrupt systems. I understand your point and agree partly yet you can’t wrap your head around mine. Corrupt men as you say have grown and manipulated government over the years to such an extent that it doesn’t resemble neither what it once was or supposed to be. This web is why Trump got chewed up and spit out like he did. The gov’t in all its departments is so large and massively corrupt (people) that there is no means to correct it through what we consider acceptable political means. There is but one way to return to a manageable level. The Declaration of Independence was written for a reason and was used when evil had far less of a reach and hold over the people than it does now.
