It is indeed the lighting, it was intentional. On tv and movie sets, there are a hell of a lot of lights, even if it appears to be low/subdued to the audience. To get the Marine’s hands to stand out, they would have had lights specifically aimed at them. The lights would have also had “dowsers/ barn doors” on them to limit light spillage outside of the target area.

I didn't see Marines but then again I didn't take the vax, they were only visible to anyone who got vaxed.

During a Trump rally in Mpls, a bunch of rioters started attacking Trump supporters outside. A local Dem/commie rep was caught on camera jumping on car hoods of people trying to leave and terrorizing them. She was of course not sorry and praised for her actions by the peaceful party of tolerance.

I watched video of Keith Ellison at the 4th precinct riots walking around encouraging the mob to be violent and attack police. The videos have since been scrubbed from the interwebz. This is the same guy that beat his girlfriend, protected somali scams that steal over $500M/yr of state taxpayer money to funnel to terror groups, was a Farrakhan church member, openly supports antifa/blm terror groups, and has a long history of helping release violent gang members into the streets.

These are just a few examples of many in one place. Seattle and Portland had politicians leading mob violence including walking people into "white neighborhoods" to demand they give up their homes because muh reparations.

I was harassed today by a local LEO while I was making a legal sale of an upper/lower, and hand guard. I was shaking fucking mad. These statists will fuck with people like me trying to live my life instead of going after real criminals like every single gov’t funded terrorist (fed agents) in the state/county. They choose to aid and abet these sick fucks and help them reign of terror. Nobody that takes a taxpayer paid paycheck is on our side. DO NOT let them deceive you.
