These ATF cheesedicks go to a man's house to confiscate legally owned solvent traps that they believe he owns. He tells them to come back with a warrant, until then FO which results in them telling him he'll now officially be on "the radar".

They also tell him to get his hands out of his pockets and he tells them "You're on my property, I'll put my hands anywhere I want."

Then he reminds them of Waco, Ruby Ridge and all the dogs they shoot.

They leave bitchslapped so the real ATF KGB comes out and they tell him they'll be seeing him again.

If this guys ever in the area, the beers on me.

Do you have a warrant?
No?
Get off my property you are trespassing.
Apparently you can post a properly worded sign and they can't even legally approach the property and a decent sheriff will come take care of it if they do.

I’m sorry you get so many cat calls. But you still will never be a real woman.

I like how when the atf workers feel emasculated they try to eerrrrkk out a little authority with trying to get him to take his hand out of his pocket on his property, like if you’re scared fucking leave already 😂

The atf shouldn’t even fucking exist

"Tell you what, do me a favor and take your hands out of your pocket."

"Tell you what, GFY. I have two armed trespassers on my property. It's where I keep my gun."

right, wrong, or indifferent, thats where you either catch an ass beating or get shot or both.

after that you might win in a long drawn out battle, but if you imply to the ATF you have a gun in your pocket, you are stupid as shit and are going to get dealt with.

No reason to do anything like that.

Based on the performance and demographics of many fed workers you very well might “win” the gun fight if you’re all in, the aftermath would be…problematic however

Still telling anyone where your concealed weapon is seems like a bad idea

TBH, I was being sarcastic. My G19 wouldn't fit in my pocket.

I would have responded just like the homeowner did except I would have prefaced it with a FU.

To be serious for a second.

We know this is going on, we also know what we would do if these people are on our front porch talking to us. What about your wife, your teenage children.

You need to have a real sit down with them and let them know how to deal with this.

I told my wife if they ever come to the house, just tell them you don't know what he has and they are all locked up in a safe and you don't know the combo. And do not let them in the house unless there is a warrant.

Be nice but firm no entry into the house.

It gives the wife and kids an easy out of "I don't have access, so bugger off."
I’m tracking, but there’s still no obligation to answer questions about what’s inside at all.

Discretion is your friend.

The family is under no obligation to even answer the door.
Very true. However, you can learn a lot by answering the door and knowing what to ask, what to listen for, and what not to say….

True. It would be funny to record the conversation - because my daughters would make damned sure the ATF agents knew they were Vegans. LOL

tell them hold on, go in an call the sheriff/911 and when police come you simply say they are trespassing and illegally trying to take my property. Mere position is not a crime. period!

You’ll likely get fined for Misuse of Emergency Services.

Really, who calls 9-1-1 on trespassers?

Two armed trespassers that make threats?

When they're operating outside the perimeter of the law and being the muscle for a criminal organization, they forfeit any respect that comes with authority.

If they are not in uniform, call 911 they don’t look like police they are wearing normal clothes and they have guns

Think ATF gave the locals a heads up?

You didn’t lie, best of luck with that case

911 on trespassers is perfectly reasonable.

My crazy neighbor calling 911 whenever I jogged by his house with my dog got him on a no-no list though.

As for OP they will probably come back with a warrant. I could tell by their tone of voice that the ATF guys are a couple douchebags and one of them has a burr up his ass for the solvent trap.

I do probably once a month.
Really? How are you defining “trespasser?”

Do you mean everyone who knocks on your door? People walking across your lawn? Or, people trying to break/enter, burglarize, etc?

Oh
My
God

The
Horror

A “Solvent Trap”

Creating criminals where crime doesn’t exist.

And it’s us taxpayers that are footing the bill for these nitwit’s wages……

Jeebuz, don’t they have anything better to do with their time ? Like shooting some dogs or something?

Oh, and rhetorical question……..just how did they come by the “information” that the homeowner supposedly posessed said “solvent trap” ? Did they get a judge to sign off on a warrant ? Or, did they simply start rooting around on the many financial databases that they have illegal access to ?
