There was an interesting video I watched a while ago with that fool on CNN talking to some British lady about this very thing.
She said that something like 400 British sailors lost their life trying to stop the slave trade, are these peoples families to be compensated as well? Many in the American navy died as well, same for those families, There was a time when moving a person from point A to point B by any means was internationally illegal, and all the major countries interdiction missions to stop it, even Russia. It is a little like pirates off Somalia every "big" country is there.
The how do we address those that sold the slaves to the traders. The people that moved them on the boat never went into the heart of Africa, they stayed on the beach. Africans sold other Africans to these people, how is this going to be addressed, this is the root of the problem, how is this addressed? They did not get "off the beach" because it would be a long hard and horrid death if they got caught. Muzzle loading firearms don't shoot all that fast, and small shore parties are easy pickings, and everyone knew it.
And this is why they must control the school systems, you can't teach this stuff, for if you do this stupid BULL SHIT will not last long in the light of day. So when you see (and I know it is not this group I am just ranting) people pulling down statues they are trying to erase history, so it can be re-made to what they want.
