Nope. That is driven by the belt that is in the back and that is threaded correctly.
Like Aftermath said, that pulley is on a different plane than the outside belt. Best as I can tell he's referencing my very bottom left tensioner pulley tensioning to the left instead of the right like his. It seems to be up for some debate whether it matters or not, but I did change it when I retentioned later anyways.

You have the outer belt tensioner swung in the opposite direction it should go.
It will cause the outer belt to eat it's self on the flange of the water pump pulley.
Knowing these engines very well I would also say the tension is way too tight and it will whine like a supercharger.
There should only be about 7-10 lbs tension on the belt at the most, any more than that will cause oil starvation due to the shafts being pulled over hard enough to cut off oil supply to the front bearing on that shaft (oil pump and balance shaft).
Look close, you'll see it easily now you know what to look for.
Yeah, I mentioned the tensioner direction in a post above. I switched it later and backed off the tension a bit. It absolutely whined like a supercharger.
