I was horrified 5 or so years ago when it was reported Google was doing this for China.ahhh, social credit; built by google, perfected in China, coming to your smart phone soon.
add in banning dollars and electronic credit.. what could go wrong

Thing is all these techs seem to be run by non native born and I think that plays a big role.

i think there are examples of factories or processing plants that are already mostly foreign speaking. so much so that if you're the wrong kind of foreigner, you're not likely to get or keep a job there. i don't buy into the idea that we will turn into a war machine powered by migrants though. i don't think the country can afford it and the economy can't bear it.
