I'm surprised they didn't use the phrase, displaced indigenous pilgrims.

  • government officials are afraid to acknowledge the links between migration and the violence
  • there is also the feeling that certain problems are deliberately concealed

Well people "survive" however they are not really "people" anymore if you catch my drift. And that is really a horrid thing to say, but your brain can't "live" that long without blood flowing and still be you at the end.
I was in a motorcycle wreck 3/18/2008. They told me I expired on the Life Flight for 3 min some seconds until they got things going again, then I expired another 2 min some seconds until they got things going again in surgery. I had to learn how to write again. I could not look at a clock and tell time or numerous other things. I could not even draw a triangle. My wife kids me about it now. She said that her thoughts were "great, I'm married to an Engineer that can't draw a triangle." :ROFLMAO: I had to relearn a lot but was back at work in 9 months. It wasn't from head injuries, I had my Simpson Bandit on and full leathers, it was loss of blood, oxygen deprivation and trauma.

That's incorrect. The players are not mandated to have the shot because of the players union contract.
She can seek out a lawyer to do it but it's doubtful that they will file it. If they do it won't go anywhere because he volunteered to be a lab rat.
I originally thought that it was mandatory. But it is only mandatory for all the NFL staff, team staff and anyone that has personal contact with the players.

Free State, where slavery didn't exist.

This is what reparations look like

The original family bought it for $1,200 and later “sold” it to the city for $14,000. Pretty decent return of investment for the 1920s

Did not know that, but I admit I don't follow sports so I did not know how that was done. Union doing the correct thing for a change. I seem to remember other unions pushing the same thing back then.

I saw someone talking about abortion in here. Here is something to consider. In 1973, my wife (way before I met her) was sexually assaulted by a number of frat boys at a party. She got pregnant and could not tell who the father was. She did not abort. She gave birth and gave the baby girl up for adoption. That girl grew up in a great life in Princeton, NJ. Then went to college in the Pacific Northwest. Then got married and has a kid, still living on the west coast, living her best life. There are other options besides killing babies. Even if the pregnancy happened through an assault. And for the record, my wife does not look at her daughter, who now has a daughter who is 15 years old, and shriek in horror or relive it, Vietnam flashback style.

I also have another option for rapists. Approximately two ounces of lead treatment. No, it is not a deterrent but it gets rid of this or that bad guy. One less rapist in the world. Or garnish his wages for years. Something besides killing a human who had no part in this situation.
I would have to disagree, it is a deterrent on a case-by-case basis, which works for me. Remember that sex offenders have a very high recidivism rate.

It was Stanford as one, then probably who? DNC maybe...

No, the city used eminent domain and forced the Bruce's to sell it back for that amount. Article states it was really worth $70,000 at that time. The Bruce's had developed it into a resort for blacks, as the colored people were not welcome at other beach resorts.
