Just a few days ago I watched Season 1 Episode 2 of Parker's Trail on Discovery+ showing their climb up this pass in November of 2016.

Even those, actually. Anyone that injures/hurts any animal more than absolutely necessary is kind of a piece of shit. Just my opinion, not trying to speak for Hulka
I don't injure or hurt unnecessarily, but I do kill and process most of what we eat, and I kill nuisance predators every time I get the chance.

This is totally acceptable. I eat primarily animal products so I don’t have any problem with killing animals for food. I have a bit of a gray zone for “sport hunting” or “trophy hunting” and any shots on game that are a bit suspect but it’s fine if somebody, anybody, gets the meat. I absolutely draw a line at any unnecessary suffering of animals
Hell, just throw some decking on top…new bridge. Job done!
