My almost a Grandson. He's my neighbors boy 11 Y/O. He's been shooting High Power about 4 months now. Got his Marksman card but has been hitting Sharpshooter % last few weeks. Once send in scores start again in April he'll get reclassified pretty soon. Just got him his own cart and I'm building a 20" upper so he can start getting some 600 yd. in. So far it's all reduced 200yd. He just starting practicing standing to sitting so he'll be up to speed for LEG matches when he turns 12. He's the real deal. I never have to remind him to click on the safety.

rules:
Jacking up the front of the car to start the process of swapping brake pads and tires for an autocross this weekend, and only then remembering that the last time I swapped tires, I put the 10mm spacers I usually use on the front when I have my track wheel set in use, onto the back with my street setup (factory rims). Dumbass…
edit: and no, I’m not Flip-sized…just noticed the grotesquely distorted reflection in the front fender.
edit #2: And I can actually change both front and rear tires by jacking it up from either end; extremely stiff chassis, but I feel better using two jacks, or one and jack stands. And I always use jack stands when I have all 4 wheels off of course.
Man, I need to install a lift….can’t wait to get the new garage/shop/casita built.
