Previously a serving soldier in the British Army and bought some jackets and other bits from these guys; spoke to Edgar Brothers the UK distributor for Leaf kit, and they told me from 2023 they can only sell to people who are currently in the armed forces. A bit of a pain, and wondered if it's the same in the US? Also, am looking to buy an Alpha LT jacket in medium, ranger, if anyone fancies ordering and charging me a commission? Have always found it excellent kit and doing a lot of outdoor hiking and ruck marches to rebuild fitness this year, so hoped to have one to carry me through our famous weather!

Thanks,
Ed

Will sign up! Found this very helpful over the years when I started precision rifle. We always play second fiddle on kit, nothing changes! Thank you.
And unless youre a glutton for punishment you might want to delete the thread. Could be some good humor though.

It thought all you guys just wore tweed and breeks?

;-)

If only we had the breadth of hunting you guys do, and public land to do it on!

Don’t know how to delete the thread but will set up a sponsored membership and repost. Thanks for the advice, and ribbing of course!

Just move from West Bank Belfast to Alberta.

Keep your mouth shut. Change your cockney London south accent to L.A. Californian and buy a Blaser in .338 Lapua and hunt everything. Even Grizz and Elk.

You can even buy a sawed off shotgun for $300. No wait time.

Tungsten 0 Buck. Bobs your uncle.

Can still buy hand guns and ARs....just not new ones..just used mint ones.. until we depose the current government.

Buy a house for that's 3000 sq foot for 400,000 CAD.

Buy a GMC Yukon XL 6.2. Supercharge it. Take off top speed limiter.

Dude England is overpopulated like Manila.

Don't buy Bud Light when you are driving it.

Can go 250 km/hr +

Don't get too excited about Maggot humping your leg. He has no friends around here, so he is desperate.

Lowlight just posted up about the flurry of WTB ads.
Learn the rules.

The part that burnt down the old White House! I think that means we meet both options from your perspective right?
I’ll see you a White House, and raise you a New Orleans. Still in?

You Brits can’t play soccer still, but at least with our help you beat the Germans at their National Game twice!

Ignore Doc, hasn't had his Bud Light yet. :p

But he's right, go join the Px and place a WTB ad.
Well now we’re just fucking with him from all angles.
HMFIC decided yesterday WTB ads are automatic Ban Cat offenses…

Perhaps your gaydar is out of calibration.

No… it’s fine. You just have to change the discriminator setting to “British” and it filters out all the things we Americans would normally mistake for gay.

Believe it or not, buying fancy shoes with pointy ends, wearing pants with strange shapes and drinking sherry are all quite manly activities there.

What is suspect: Member of Parliament… being from Torquay, and good teeth. Oh and a Mini Cooper. “It’s a man, baby!!”

He doesn’t look gay persay, but he does look like he’s familiar with giving a tuggy to the other chaps at the lodge.

Why would you support a company that hates you?

Fuck them. If they won't sell to you, find the better company what will gladly take your money in exchange for their product.

That was Canada…

That (White House burning and Baltimore) was a distraction in order to pull American troops… what there were of them… out of New England and New York. The British plan was to slice off the Northeast from lake Champlain to Philadelphia. And leave the rest that they didn’t want to the Americans.

Battle of Plattsburgh put the kaibosh on those plans…

Did you think the British would just leave after all these years.......all those AR15s and McMansions and hot women in Texas and Florida......

How long did you think the ACTUAL British envy would last for without another war or at least a few raids...??

500 years?

Ha ha..hah ha hahaaaaa.

Speaking of plantations.....

How can Canada and the U.S. best get rid of our " temporary foreign workers" and pay a fair wage (100,000 per year) to 7up whites on welfare?

Nice! More pics of the Rigby though
That’s a pretty good guess, considering how much of it was in the photo - you clearly know your stuff! It’s even chambered in a nod to you lot, in .30-06, which works very well on the deer we have here (reds, fallow, Sika, roe mainly).

Love the Mauser action with the flag safety, and swing-mounts for occasional iron sight stalking in woodland. Nice Sika with an abnormal set of antlers here too (extra tangs on one side).
