Where can we start? Building parallel economies? Pushing locally for states to take back their power? Honestly I wrestle with this question every day. I come to the same conclusions every time. There is no saving this. In my job, I interact with people from the ghettos of VA regularly but usually in an environment outside of their comfort ….but not always. Sometimes I find myself in the middle of their kingdom. While I am sure Chicago is worse, larger VA Beach, Richmond and the like are areas you can see the stark differences in people in vivid technicolor. While I have never been attacked, the danger has been palpable and diligence surely kept me out of harm. Some areas are truly no go zones for Euros. This past Friday night at approximately 10pm I was very close to becoming a statistic and abrupt action on my part probably saved me from an ass beating if not worse. I say the above to qualify myself as someone who sees and experiences more 13 than the average normal man.
